About

Two people. No middle management.

RelioMedia is Paul and Younes. We started in 2025 because GEO as a discipline is only emerging — and because we didn't want to wait for established agencies to claim it. We start without cases. We start with a clear method (see /method) and the willingness to refine it with our first pilot clients. That's the trade: you get direct founder contact and a third of the regular price in the pilot. We get our first cases.

Paul Richter — Head of Tech & Operations bei RelioMedia

Paul Richter

Head of Tech & Operations

Paul owns technical delivery operations at RelioMedia: audit pipeline, schema engineering, reporting. His focus is building GEO workflows that are reproducible — deterministic data collection, clear separation of raw data and LLM evaluation, no hallucination architectures.

Why now

GEO is emerging now. Not in five years.

Generative Engine Optimization as a discipline is about two years old. There are no ten-year cases, no established playbooks, no ‚Senior GEO Strategists‘ with decades of experience. Whoever starts now has the same knowledge edge as anyone else. That applies to us — and it applies to your marketing teams. The question is not who has been in the game longest. The question is who builds the method most rigorously. That's what we work on.

How we work

Direct. Small. Accountable.

Founders in the engagement

On pilot and retainer engagements you work directly with Paul or Younes — no account manager in between. Slack/Teams access is standard.

Few parallel projects

We accept a maximum of 5 active pilot slots per quarter. Those who wait get quality — those who join get attention.

Transparent tools

We publish methodology in the lab and tools on /tools. Anyone wanting to rebuild our audits can. We just do it faster and denser.

No lock-ins

All schema snippets, content templates, pipeline artefacts belong to you. At end of contract you get everything — even what you don't actively use.
